my why

Originally from the United States, I’ve followed my passion for healthcare and human potential for most of my career in Europe. My coaching journey spans 15 years of experience in talent management, leadership & organizational development in the Pharmaceutical industry in the DACH region. 

My endless curiosity in health and people led me to work in all segments of the pharmaceutical business and in a range of business contexts – from large scale transformation, exponential growth to turnaround situations.

Some of my most rewarding experiences have been coaching clients in their career development towards more purpose, growth, strength and a sense of balance in their work reality. To witness their promotions, expansion in a completely new capacity / country or finding motivating work whilst keeping their commitments to themselves and their families is truly inspiring.

I’ve had the gift of coaching leaders to develop more versatility and success with their teams and business – creating a talent magnet organization, sustaining high engagement, rebuilding teams. Working with their teams we have increased effectiveness, trust, engagement and change leadership capability – whilst delivering double digit growth, turning around a business or commercializing first-in-class life saving therapies.

My role here is a partner in the coaching relationship. I am a spark in a pivotal chapter of evolution that lights a fire to illuminate resources, dreams and the way forward. By doing deep developmental work, clients, leaders & teams have risen not just to current challenges but increased resourcefulness & confidence for whatever lies ahead on the mountain trail of life. I am truly humbled & grateful for their brilliance.

Out of gratitude and inspiration from years of experiences of personal evolution and coaching, I’ve founded Spark & Rose Coaching – to partner with people – especially women and parents in corporations – to reshape their careers and lives full of impact and wellbeing. An essential component of this mission is to evolve leaders and teams in a constantly changing environment to make both inspiring impact and thriving wellbeing coexist and expand.
